USLAW releases updated National Compendium of Law

USLAW NETWORK, Inc. (USLAW) today releases its updated 2015 National Compendium of Law, which is a multi-state resource that gives users easy access to state common and statutory law regarding a variety of litigation-oriented issues. RM7677The Compendium focuses on the procedural aspects of the law so that clients of USLAW member firms have a reliable resource at their fingertips.

“We are pleased to release the 2015 edition of the USLAW National Compendium of Law,” said Lew R.C. Bricker, co-editor of the USLAW National Compendium and a partner at USLAW member firm SmithAmundsen in Illinois. “Through this Compendium, USLAW member firms deliver current, state-specific information that addresses issues that arise prior to the commencement of litigation through trial and on to appeal. The jurisdictional focus reflects the local knowledge that USLAW members consistently deliver to our clients.”

USLAW regularly produces new and updates existing Compendiums. Compendiums are easily sourced on a state-by-state basis and are developed by the member firms of USLAW. In addition to the National Compendium of Law, current Compendiums include: Transportation, Construction Law, Employee Rights on Initial Medical Treatment, Nullum Tempus, Offers of Judgment, Retail, Spoliation of Evidence, Workers’ Compensation addressing issues that arise prior to the commencement of litigation through trial and on to appeal.
