Thomas L. Oliver II of Carr Allison in Birmingham, Alabama, has been named the 2019 recipient of USLAW NETWORK’s O’Hagan Award.  The award is named after Jim O’Hagan, a founding member of USLAW, and is given annually by the USLAW Chair to a USLAW member(s) who demonstrates outstanding service and commitment to the organization’s guiding principles, mission and objective.

The award was presented during USLAW’s recent annual Fall Member Business Meeting in Washington, D.C.  Kevin L. Fritz of Lashly & Baer, P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri, presented the award.

“Selecting the O’Hagan Award recipient, is one of the highest honors of serving as Chair of USLAW,” commented Fritz, “and I am privileged to present the 2019 award to Tom (Oliver). Tom has served in numerous leadership capacities within USLAW, including Chair from 2015-16.  His leadership, integrity and impact continue to be felt, especially through the evolution of USLAW LawMobile into the regional education opportunities we create for our clients. Tom also constantly looks for new business development opportunities that will benefit the entire NETWORK and create synergies within our practice groups.  His body of work and contributions to USLAW continue to expand, and I am thrilled to recognize him with the 2019 O’Hagan Award that demonstrates outstanding service and commitment to USLAW.”
