POSTED MAY 26, 2021

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla./WASHINGTON, D.C, May 26, 2021 – USLAW NETWORK, Inc., a network of independent, full-service law firms, and Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. jointly announce they will host a virtual recruitment day on Friday, Aug. 6, 2021, to connect second and third-year Howard University law students with USLAW member firms for both 2022 summer positions and for entry-level positions after graduation. This will mark the second USLAW/Howard University recruitment event; they co-hosted an in-person event in September 2019.

“We are excited to offer our law students this virtual recruiting opportunity with USLAW NETWORK,” said Carmia N. Caesar, assistant dean of career services at Howard University School of Law. “Our students had great success with our inaugural partnership with USLAW in 2019, and we look forward to building on that with this virtual event. Through our virtual platform, our students will have access to firms across the country, explore opportunities across a range of regions, and navigate options in the job market.”

USLAW NETWORK has more than 80 member firms across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Asia, and with affiliations in Europe through TELFA.

“From summer associate programs to opportunities as a first-year associate, USLAW NETWORK member firms offer a variety of opportunities and an extensive footprint across the country,” said Dan L. Longo, chair of USLAW NETWORK and a senior partner who serves as managing partner of Murchison & Cumming LLP in Los Angeles. “We look forward to meeting Howard University law students and giving them the opportunity to easily engage with firms anywhere in the country for summer and full-time attorney positions upon graduation.”
