USLAW NETWORK will host the organization’s first Banking and Financial Services Law Seminar on April 25, 2013, at the W Chicago City Center Hotel located at 172 W Adams Street in Chicago.

Designed for bank officers and their counsel working in corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate lending/workouts, regulatory compliance or creditor’s rights, the seminar will help attendees gain a better understanding of the significant regulatory and legal changes in the industry as well as what the future has in store. As well, the day’s activities will provide an opportunity for banks and financial institutions from across the country to make connections with attorneys that can assist with their legal needs.
